The owner personally purchases the raw materials from reliable raw material importers and supervises the manufacturing process.
According to the company owner's specifications, the tested raw materials are spun and twisted with a defined twist, woven according to his weaving instructions, and finally finished.
Because we only use high-quality, top-grade raw materials, we strive to do justice to these natural hairs in production and place particular emphasis on a solid basic construction and a particularly gentle and individual manufacturing process. With the appropriate know-how and special machines, we have developed a special manufacturing process with which we produce a particularly solid, voluminous, and beautiful pile for natural hair blankets, which is unmistakable and valued by our customers. Only through the right finishing process does a high-quality raw material become a high-quality blanket, which at the end of the manufacturing process is traditionally edged by hand by a seamstress with the help of a sewing machine.
