Returns service from Ritter Decken

Dear Customers,

Thank you for your trust in our products! If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Important notes on returns:

• Original condition: Please return items in their original condition.
• Home textiles:
  • Products such as pillows and duvets may be tried out, e.g., by briefly placing them over your legs to test the warmth level or height – similar to in a retail store.
  • However, avoid intensive use.
• Excluded from returns:
  • For hygiene reasons, we can only accept textiles that come into direct contact with the skin (e.g., bed linen, fitted sheets, towels) if they are unused.

Return shipping costs:
The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
