Description of How the Webshop Works ("User Manual")

We would be happy to inform you about how our web shop works.

The ordering process via our web shop comprises a total of 4 steps.

Step 1
Select the desired products from our product range and add them to your shopping cart.
All products are described in detail, and color variations and dimensions are specified. Please also note the care instructions for the individual products.

Step 2
If you want to purchase the selected products, go to the shopping cart and select the "checkout" button.
Enter your customer data, including your billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address, as well as all other required information (payment method, etc.).

Step 3
In the final step – before submitting your order – you have the opportunity to review all information (e.g., name, address, payment method, ordered products) again and correct it if necessary.
Furthermore, you must confirm that you have read our General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy for consumers by checking the corresponding boxes.
Your order is now ready to be submitted.

Step 4
By clicking the "order now with obligation to pay" button (or similar), you submit your order to us.
